Upon receipt of the Form we will arrange a free collection.

Please note that Free Courier Collection is available to donors for shipments of:

10 phones plus - In Melbourne metropolitan area
16 phones plus - In Victoria and all other states

Paperwork required to be enclosed with your shipment

You will require a Registration Form to accompany all mobile phones that are sent. Please click here to download the form.

Please fill out clearly the "Registration Form" and place a copy in each of the shipped boxes or jiffy bag. This will enable ARP to reconcile accurately what was shipped against what was received and will ensure that all boxes are identified. This will also ensure the correct value gets credited to your nominated charity.

Please don't forget to nominate clearly which organisation you are pledging your phones to.

Labeling your shipping boxes

To ship goods you will require:

ARP Shipping label to be attached to each box or jiffy bag. Please click here to download the form. If you are shipping with an ARP Pre-Addressed large Jiffy Bag, there is no need to further label the jiffy bag. These bags should already have an ARP pre-printed address.

A Consignment Note to be attached with every shipment to ARP. If you do not have a
consignment note, please advise when making a booking or advise driver during pickup.
